Here are some of my general DNWs, general likes, and below them I'm adding likes/dislikes for each fandom, as well as some prompts. Feel free to get inspired by them, but if they are not up your alley, just ignore them. They are simply ideas I find interesting~

Dracula
I just recently finished the novel and fell in love with Lucy's and Mina's relationship. They care so deeply for each other and aren't afraid of showing it~
I also like Arthur and Quincey's friendship, and the way Lucy's death connected them. I'd love so read about their future relationship, how they support each other over the years, etc.
The way Van Helsing respects both Mina and Jonathan (but especially Mina!) is so interesting to me, so if you want to write something about the two of them - feel free. Maybe an exploration of their friendship?
Want to go with an AU? Sure! Just don't make it a modern AU/reincarnation (I'm not a big fan). I do enjoy a good sci-fi, so if you want to write about Dracula in space - I'd love to read it.

Baldur's Gate
I have not finished the 3rd act yet, so please keep that in mind.
Karlach and Astarion are my favourite characters, with Gale and Shart following close behind. I adore Karlach's story, her longing to be touched, and her inability to connect with others is so gut-wrenching. Touch-starvation is one of the tropes I enjoy, if you want to write about that (about Karlach or any other character) - I'd be overjoyed.
Astarion and his story is so depressing but also fascinating. I love seeing him defeat Cazador in fics, and seeking help from his friends.
For Gale I love seeing him suffer because of his power, and side effects from the Orb. His relationship with Mystra is also interesting, I'd love to read about it as well. Maybe an AU where things went a little different, and Gale did not end up with an orb in his chest.
I enjoy AUs for this fandom, for example with Gale being a professor but still struggling with Mystra's wrath. I like his relationship with Astarion, I think the way they interact with each other is fascinating.
I like competent characters, so if you want to write about a hidden talent someone from the Companions has, go ahead!
post-canon stories are also nice! Something fluffy/cosy would be amazing~

The Other Bennet Sister
I'm open to anything with Mary in it, really, she's so relatable and tragic at the same time. She and Mrs Gardiner have an incredible relationship, and I'd love to see Mary being taken care of by her family (being listened to, respected, etc.).
I loved Lizzy in the show, and I loved her talks with Mary. There weren't that many Lizzy & Mary moments, but I still loved them all dearly. If you feel confident in historic pieces, feel free to write something (could be a slice of life!) about Mary and her family.
Love seeing fluffy fics with these characters, some fem friendship between Mary and Ann or Caroline would be amazing~ However, I also like angsty fics, and hurt/comfort fics, so feel free to hurt Mary/Tom as much as you want :D
You could also explore Mr Darcy & Mary - they didn't really interact in the show, but I think they are quite similar.
If you want to focus on Mary - go ahead!

The Mandalorian
I enjoy reading AUs for this (especially AUs where Anakin and Padme are alive and Leia and Luke are royals, Din is a Mand'alor and rules over the Mandalore).
I think some found family or slice of life could be nice here, with Din and Luke getting to know each other/Grogu mixing their both cultures. If you're into angst or hurt/comfort, I love seeing Luke hurt (maybe some chronic pain?) and getting comforted, or emotional hurt (Din angsting over Grogu being with Luke).

I have only read two seasons, and seen one season of the anime adaptation.
My favourite character is Khun, of course, because he's a smartass, but he can be awkward at the same time. Smart and cunning characters are my jam! I'm not that smart myself, so I enjoy reading about competent characters.
Ja Wangnan is interesting, I wish SIU would come back to him and his past (I remember I used to be obsessed with his ring haha).

I love Obi-Wan, so I'll love anything with him. Hurt him, explore him, tear him to pieces. Qui-Gon Jin (at least in the Jedi Apprentice series) is kind of a dick, so maybe you would like to explore how they got from there to what we see in the movies (still not great but an ok partnership).

Honestly, I just love the Crows, so them interacting/scheming would be amazing. Maybe a heist, if you're up for it! If you'd prefer to focus on characters, maybe some Wylan angst? He has such a tragic life, I especially like fics that focus on his attempted murder and Wylan being competent.
Kaz is, of course, amazingly smart, but I adore seeing him hurt <3
Outsider's POV could be interesting in this case, I think. Do you want to write something from the POV of another gang? Go ahead :3

- abortion and miscarriage (mentions of past miscarriages are fine, just don’t make it the focus of the story. I'm not against abortions, just don't enjoy pregnancy in general)
- age gap relationships (more than 10 years or equivalent if ages are finicky)
- BDSM/kinks of any kind (relates to my not wanting explicit content. Let's stick to platonic/fade to black, ok?)
- canon characters paired with OCs (exception: when it's not end game)
- character bashing
- cheating/infidelity (It's fine if it's, for example, an arranged marriage and both sides agree that they want other romantic/sexual partners. As long as there is consent it's fine)

Likes:
- I like the found family trope for this fandom, some paternal Roy or caring Riza (without forgetting that they are both quite young, they themselves don't have kids and they have severe PTSD).
- team as family
- Roy and Maes friendship is the best, they are dorks (scheming powerful and smart dorks), so seeing what they were up to right after Ishval could be interesting.
- Roy and Riza - love the way they both care so deeply for each other is so amazing. They would never admit it, of course, but they would quite literally die for each other. Would they live for each other? Explore their post-canon relationship if you want!
- Roy and his team - anything, really. Roy being a weirdo and a nerd, and the team thinking him silly, just the team and Mustang chilling. Fluffy fics are also great!
- Want to write something more angsty? Go ahead (just no gore, please!) and write about Roy's/Ed's/Riza's/Al's PTSD, nightmares, etc. I want to see them suffer!
- What I would like to avoid is Maes' death. I know it's canon but I would like to avoid reading about it nonetheless. Other than that - anything is fair game, really, as long as it's platonic~

Likes:
- Prompto in general, as well as Regis and Nyx.
- I enjoy MT!Prompt stories, and him having to deal with his past, not being human.
- I like the Chocobros and their dynamic, especially their jokes.
- Noctis being a prince (having duties that prevent him from being normal/leading a normal life)
- Gladio/Ignis (and how they deal with being so close to Noct and having to put him first)
- Hurt Ignis or Gladio - they're caretakers, so putting them in a situation where they have to be taken care of would be interesting
- Regis & Prompto
- Nyx/Cor could be interesting
- Noctis/Prompto
- Canon Divergence - the Bros meeting in different circumstances, someone taking a differnent path in life, etc.
Prompts:
- Someone who's usually a caretaker (Ig being taken care of
- Chocobros discovering that Prompto is an MT, maybe them deciding to hide it from Regis/Cor/anyone
- AU time! - what could have been, how else could the story have gone? Maybe there was no invasion or Prompto wasn't rescued
- Royalty AU - someone other than Noctis is a royal (and hides it?)
- Mistaken identity
- Regis spending time with Prompto and discovering why Noctis likes him so much
- A character showing loyalty in an unusual way

- I think exploring Bam and his power could be interesting - especially with people treating him like a god. How does that affect him and his friendships? How does he deal with the stress of it all?
